Medal of services to shite in post. Well done keeping this desirable* motor on the road. What a guy

Mine had evolving 'weetabix' in the centre of the boot floor, where the suspension centre cradle is fixed to the shell....

Mine has rotted in exactly the same place. Shame I'm not that fast at fixing it as it's been sat on the drive with sod all done to it in a very long time

I've been offered one of these at work today.  The post-it on my desk says:

 * Blue Suzuki Swift 1.3

 * 98 S

 * 29 or 30,000 miles

 * MOT and TAX until January 16. I'll forgive them that.

 * One careful lady owner (giving up due to eyesight at 75)

Apparently it's been used only to go back and forth to the supermarket and two trips to Keswick.  It's located in Wallsend, so presumably has experience of taking selfies near bridges.  I think it's been garaged.

I asked about price but was told she doesn't know what it's worth - the number that came out of her mouth was 500, though I think she agreed that was somewhat optimistic.

No idea on advisories or the state of the rot, but if anyone's actually interested PM me a number or two (telephone and offer, perhaps) and I'll pass details on.
