HELP REQUIRED: BIRMINGHAM B16

Anyone near Birmingham B16? Got a Merc Vario stranded outside the Tower Nightclub with 24 people on board and a flat battery and helpfully none of the recovery companies will come out and Midlands Mercedes truck & van are shut til 7am. It's a 24v system but it will charge off a car if one battery is connected at a time.

I was just 5 mins away from the point of trouble but not watching Autoshite when the call went out. Sorry, i could have saved your lot a few quid.

 

Should have been a good night out as the Tower was kicking with noise when I went past on my run at 5pm. It's used a lot at weekends for Indian weddings and other big family celebrations.

Wasn't the Tower well known notorious for its Grab-a-Granny Nights, at which the mind boggles as to the content of your party.

 

Discalimer: The only time I have ever set foot in that establishment was when I helped a mate deliver a 9ft plastic Yucca Palm there, some years ago.
