Remember when the front door was locked for a few months and we couldn't find the key? I enjoyed that time as the forum seemed to generate a better quality of thread. Maybe we should shut the door for a wee while again? It might reduce the amount of sputum.

Remove any trace of Tapatalk? I prevents logging in/replying with it's 'download the app' thing, and sometimes completely logs you out. I don't really want to be reminded I can download the app three times in a row, I just want to view shite.

Sadly, that's not necessarily correct.

First 5 threads to be sent to mods for approval? It'd add a load of aggro to what is already a thankless voluntary task and may not even be possible but it could deter nobs. 

 

Or of course we could just ignore crap threads, just like some of us have learnt not to pick at scabs, however tempting it is. Which is why I've posted this comment here and not in one of the crappy threads I ignore.
