Yesterday I made it into work where I set up my email account with an auto reply saying I want there and wasnt going to be for ages, picked up some mail (and my lottery syndicate winnings of a tenner - not bad cosidering I have put £60 in in the last year!) and finally picked up my stuff from the good people of Autoshite.

Get well ballon - a bit flat, but loved by James...

And the thread, and a book - "The worst cars ever sold" - Brilliant. Actually I think they are some pretty good cars, but then thats one mans opinion

 

Anyway, Im very touched by the generosity of everyone on here and thoroughly un touched by the people at work who have not only eaten the fruit basket and failed to tell me there was anything waiting for me, but also not even got me a card ( they just wanted to know when I would be back and what the password was to the NHS supplies website)

 

So, thank you very very much. Im incredibly touched and you have made a middle aged autoshittist very happy.

Apparently there is still a couple of quid in the pot, so I had a word with Pog about donating it to charity, possibly a three way split between the NSPCC, Cancer UK and Action for ASD ( a charity that supports youngsters with Autism and Aspergers).

 

Arm / hand are healing, but will take time, should regain most of the use of my hand. Currently bidding on an automatic BX dizzle on the Bay.
