the weather was forecast shite and didnt disappoint - utter shame that i only took 50 ish photos where i tool 500+ in two shows last week - because noone turned up........

 

i gave up then and went to durham where the weather cheered up and had biccies and tea with cocacola off RR

 

 

as i walked from the car he was leaving - this was 1115 - there was a transit mk1 pick heading back to ripon as i drove up - think they gave up

 

 

 

seen square pop tops on these but not a wooden one before

we were going to go to this but one look out of the curtains this morning sent me straight off back to bed.

 

it did fair up here at teatime, but this morning was wet. and it looks like it was wet at ripon too. 

 

i'd got the xjr all cleaned up and ready to take there too, SWMBO now gets to drive it to work on tuesday.

That 132s is utterly gorgeous and super rare!!

 

I bought one in the late 70s; it was my first go at a posh car after years of even older small chod and I thought it was great. They were uncommon even then - everyone thought they were Mirafioris.
