Pillock Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Radiators are so 1974. Cool kids have underfloor heating. Jim Bell 1
Tetleysmooth Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Considering it's for a 1.5 petrol engine, yes. Bugger, didn't read the first post properly.Looks very similar though, could something like that be shoehorned in?
Tetleysmooth Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 You've probably seen this already, but......... http://www.peugeotparts.co.uk/page18.htm
Jim Bell Posted May 2, 2015 Author Posted May 2, 2015 Dean Hunter was first port of call. Sold me a genuine Peugeot clutch kit, genuine Peugeot disks and pads, but has no correct radiators. I asked him if anything similar might fit. He said "No".
Junkman Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Oh la la, 240 pouces europeennes: http://www.toutespiecesauto.fr/radiateur-d-eau-ava-quality-cooling-pe2029-DC-27673-2582163However, les boches have it for 172.57 Roros: http://www.teilehaber.de/kuehler-motorkuehlung-peugeot-id61052089.html Which is probably £3.87 atm.
dugong Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 I'll keep my eyes skinned for anything C15 shaped in the local scrappy - although the one near our unit is full of angry pikey types who nearly ran us off the road last week. I think the best compromise would be to find an old 205 or C15 1.8D with an intact rad in a breakers, pull it out and then get that recored by someone who has a clue. Have to say, a lot of people in the old Peugeot game have a bad attitude or simply couldn't care less. There's a contact in PUK I'll tap to see if he has owt.
Albert Ross Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 Also worth a thought. FSO and Rover 200/400 that used the XUD. They'll probably fit hose wise, but may have different mountings, but as a positive, have a low bonnet profile. Also think Citroen Berlingo and Fiat Scudo/Peugeot Expert, as later models that remain current as regards shelf stocks. Worth a blast? Jim Bell 1
richardmorris Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 I've skipped to the end, but could you get it recored?
Lacquer Peel Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 That's been mentioned several times. http://www.oscaro.com/radiateur-du-moteur-valeo-810815-852098-470-p 127 monopoly monies.
Lacquer Peel Posted May 2, 2015 Posted May 2, 2015 http://www.bildeleshop.dk/van-wezel/1290518£124 I don't know how many of these are 'placeholder' pages.

Jim Bell Posted May 2, 2015 Author Posted May 2, 2015 Just tell us where the keys are. The old fashioned Peugeot people are gathering and lighting torches. Vin and Junkman 2
Bren Posted May 3, 2015 Posted May 3, 2015 Yes. The one on the car mentioned 5 posts up dude.Barry - my apologies. I had just finished a 10 hour shift at 3am, just like tonight. Have you not got one you can recore? Jim Bell 1
