I don't know if they still do Hadrian Panels but Veng might be a good bet. There used to be a place in Attercliffe in Sheffield that did panels, sills etc... Can't remember the name. It will come to me later.

Do you do a saved search on eBay? That's what I do and it will then notify me when someone lists them. Of course you might do this already but thought I'd mention it.

MIL's granada has had the rear of both sills repaired - MOT is due next week and the repairs need doing again. I have covered things up with hammerite (proper shite rustproofing), however I have told her I will put two sills on rather than patch things again.
