Mr_Bo11ox Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 Some Alfa 33's had metric TRX tyres, think some Renner 30's had them as well
Magnificent Rustbucket Posted August 29, 2014 Posted August 29, 2014 I had forgotten about the 30. The alloys on the TX were metric, weren't they? I always liked the Renault 30, strangely much more than the 20. It wasn't just the V6, it was the twin headlights - I thought it suited them.
gtd2000 Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 Always preferred the look of the Wolseley Saloon variant.
r.welfare Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 TRX was meant to be a complete wheel and tyre concept wasn't it? Ford flirted with it on the Mk2 Granada and Mk3 Mustang. I prefer the looks of the Ambassador to the Princess, deride me. Talbotman and mk2_craig 2
e287yba Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 What have the Austin/Morris/Wolseley 1800/2200 and Lady Diana Spencer got in common? They were both about to become Princesses but really wanted to be Ambassadors... Attempts at a poor joke apart, I'd rather have an Ambassador than a Princess if I am honest . Vince70 1
