I am looking for an ECU with the Rover MEMS 1.6 protocol on it.

I think that this is what was known as SPi/MPi and would be Rovers and Mini upto mid 90s.

I already have a MEMS1.9 which I think is about 1997 onwards, so I don't need one of those.
