Can anyone identify the man?
 
BTW, back then the legal age in the USA was 21 (lowered to 18 in 1969). Roland Leong was only 20 at the time, thus he had to have his mother accompany him to sign the cheques.
BTW BTW, this was one of only two integrated high profile drag racing teams at the time. The other one was Stone, Woods and Cook.

After the 1969 disaster, Roland Leong came to the 1970 Winternationals rather fresh faced.

This time his entry won the event.

Again, mystery man is behind Roland Leong. Why is this guy never mentioned?

His name is Wes Hanson and he was an employee of Engle Camshafts.
