Well nice try by someone, bought a new set of NGK platinum spark plugs for the Outback, they turned up back end of the week, just opened them up to find 3 of the buggers are used, complete with carbonned threads and sooty electrodes.

 

Just about to email Carparts4less with the good news, hopefully won't be a problem, we'll see.

Aren't carparts4less = eurocarparts? I've heard of widespread outrage at their customer services.

They also seem to sent everyone the wrong parts.

To be fair i've never had a problem before with them, ECP or CP4L, i could do click and collect but the Northampton shop is too chaotic for me, will know what they intend to do about it in due course, not cheap plugs either.

I have only ever had one problem with ecp/car parts for less and they sent me some fancy 0w-30 instead of the cheapy 10w-40 i ordered , emailed them a pic of the wrong stuff and they sent out the new stuff asap, got to keep the wrong stuff as well which i flogged on ebay.

Looks like someone hasn't been checking the boxes.  If you mail-ordered I'd bet they came from the ECP head office/ warehouse in Wembley.  Like I said to someone else on here yesterday, always collect in person from ECP unless there is no other option..

In their defence, I'm sure your gripe will be remedied quickly and without fuss.

Well i haven't heard back from them yet, and looking gloomily through the reams of negative feedback, it appears one customer received an item with a hand drawn COCK on it, no artistic appreciation some Cp4L customers.

wish I could say the same for e car parts,

emailed to check then bought four shocks for colt from part number, supposed to be delivered today just in time for the Berwick classic, no shocks but a nice email saying due to a sudden demand for this item they have no fronts available but can still send me the rears out if I like, estimated delivery time Tuesday fooksticks    funny thing that as the listing for fronts still active and say ten pairs available Muppets
