I knew of this place from years ago (On the Pershore Road in Selly Oak), but hadn't been past it in a while and they have a fine collection of nearly chod at non-chod prices.

That B has been in there for at least 12 years as far as I know. Seems to be a bit of a ARG nut but his prices, hmm, optimistic.

We have a dealer like that not far from me. S.S. Logan in Newtownabbey, a former Ford and BL/ARG/MGR dual franchise. They still have a flying plughole illuminated sign above the door. The big guy who used to own it died a few years ago, and since then they've been trying to offload a shagged Midget in Cinnabar, a REALLY shagged 'B, a Minor, an Allegro and a knackered Mini 1275GT, all for TMFM.

I sat in that very same MG Midget 34 years ago, when I'd gone with my Dad to see the then-new miniMetro.

The late owner was pretty honest: me and a mate went in one day to look at a Merc ML, which was priced very low. When we asked why it was so cheap, the oul fella replied "Because it's fucked, son, because it's fucked"

Must be a lot longer than that. I can remember seeing it at least as long as I've been driving, which is since 1995. In fact, it may have been there since a fair while before that even. Great to see that the place is still going.

It was there in the early 90's and had a green TR7 in the window for what seemed like several years at one point.

I've driven past this place numerous times but never thought to stop there. Next time I'm back in England which is likely to be August (*shudder*) I'll pop in and have a look.
