So, messerschmidt calls in on Beko at Stokenchurch on the way home from collecting the Pugatron.    There was a heavy armed police presence in Stokenchurch over the weekend.  I'm just saying.

just as well I was visiting Sam in Marlow!

Feeding the hydraulic pump for the roof! 120ml of oil went in here this afternoon and now the roof speeds down and up.

Well, the skip news is as follows!

 

Picked up the new roof for the Pug yesterday - having a chat with a very nice man who works for the company that makes such things as body panels for Ford Cortinas, using the original presses (and super duper Aston Martins too). Needs a new window, but I should be able to unzip my current one and replace it.

 

Just bought a bargainous £79 hardtp off Ebay (in gold) for the car too - have to collect it from Royston, Herts, but I'll be quite close on Saturday or Sunday next weekend. It'll be a bit hectic - as I will have Trigger's cortina wings too.
