1976 MV Agusta 350 S Ipotesi.  One of the two bikes designed by Georgietto Guigiaro.  A mid seventies midweight screamer, and a thing of beauty.  GP stylee fairing, you too can be Agostini.    Also a bit Cafe Racer in its ethos, with clippy on handlebars and all that.

Good condition, but has been off road and mostly unused apart from some trailered trips to airfields since 2010.  A few scratches on the fairing (Yes, I dropped it while putting it on its stand: numptie)  but not too bad.

Pushrod parallel twin, two small Dellorto carbs.  Chokes modified for easier access.   Decent Pirelli tyres on notably thin wheels.   Chicken strips a mile wide!

When it goes, it is super quick by 1970s 350 standards, a bit vibratey, and makes a noise like a Saturn V taking off.   Awkward and heavy kick start. Gears on opposite side from most bikes.   Annoying switchgear.  Ace handling, ace brakes  (THREE discs) . Very forward and sporty riding position, so not a long range bike  (see also noise and vibration at high revs).

Bike looks a bit tattier than in these pics, but could spruce up.  No tax or MoT, will need a hopefully minor fettle to re start.   Last ran about six months ago.

Rebuilt circa 2009 by previous owner.  Extensive file of rebuild history, manual in Italian (Google translate is fine), and magazine reviews etc.

Quite a seriously collectable bike,

Make me an offer than has a three and three noughts in it.   NB, also for sale elsewhere, so mad biker might get it first.

Somewhere I have a photo of me attempting to ride a small motorbike down some carpeted stairs.
