These were Jap built. Bluebirds were the first UK built Nissans in around summer 86 so production of these would have been finishing around the same time as the factory in Washington opened.

So will I!    I would advise keeping off the motorway going home, but only because the gearbox only had four forward speeds,  so it could get a bit buzzy.  Anyway it'll be a bit of fun going A6 through the towns.

Station, you never know your luck, but don't hold your breath.  As things stand, the car's new home looks like it might be long-term.
