OK, when?

Further discussion at the AS Midlands Massiv board meeting today confirmed our presence at Cannock auctions on Tuesday 21st January, at or before 6pm.

Feel the excitement...

Just a guess mind......

Sorry, chaps - have to cry off this one.  Work is taking me dahn sahff next Wednesday; I'm representing at a disciplinary hearing which starts early, so I've got to travel down the day before.

Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.  On Thursday...  ;)

I'm a probable if I'm not working down in Cirencester on Tuesday.

What's the bobby moore with this then? It's looks like I might be on my own tomorrow night surrounded by potential chod and a burger van with chip sized onions?

Shall we give it a miss till next month when more shitters are available?

Any Tuesday evening or Saturday morning. Let me know what dates are good, chaps  :)

Hate to be a bellend but my day will involve driving to Hemel Hempstead and back with some tedium in between. I don't think I'll be anywhere near Cannock for 6pm :-(

Saturdays are usually better for me now as I work 9 to 5 these days.

I can do tomorrow but it looks like folk are bailing left, right and centre.

When's the next caff meet up?

Posted

If, anyone else is around for deffo, I'm happy to pop over and provide company/moral support.

My chosen profession being the predictable animal it is, Wednesday's disciplinary hearing has been postponed.

Meet at the Hollies as usual, 5pm-ish?

Work hearings unpredictable? No! Never! (O/H works for CAB) 5 it is if it's on then!

I'm clear to be out tomorrow, but will get there nearer 6 than 5.

If I don't see you at the cafe then I'll find you at the auction site.

Just realised, buying at an auction is a rather hit and miss job but you can see what you are bidding on, buying at an auction in the dark must be the automotive Russian roulette experiance.

Well that and hitting the brakes on my old Uno

Right, I'll leave work about 5 so will you still be at the hollies about 5:15 or should I head straight to the auction to eye up the lots on offer?

I suspect that most will still be having a cuppa at the Hollies till gone 5:30

If you're going straight to the auction for a viewing, take a torch as I have no idea how well lit the inspection park will be.

Just an idea cooked up last meet to spread ourselves around the midlands a bit to try and reach out to other shiters on the outskirts of the mid-der-lands so the can join in on the boredom. The plan is another cafe jaunt over Shrewsbury way but I can't for the life of me remember which on now!
