Yep, was a pretty good turnout really, and nice to catch up with a few people I hadn't seen for a while.  The Rover was as amusing as ever (although I think I need to turn the fuelling down slightly as it's doing that spluttering-on-a-light-throttle thing again), and to top it off, on the way back up the A140 I was following a VW T4 van towing a Dutch-registered Pug 203 estate on a trailer.

It's a Venturer, the chaps a local who's had it 25 years and fully restored it, Essex V6 up front, It's got Triumph TR6 suspension, Range Rover bits, Ford bits, all kinds of parts!

That Trident is a good looking car - I particularly like the style of the side windows and the confident slashes of vents in the front wings.

 

Mostly though, I'm struck by what a lovely looking car the Sierra is. I really like them these days.

How do the supercharger boys get away with that lot sticking out of the bonnet, when a 10mm chip in the screen is an MOT fail?
