Found a box covered in dust, inside were some strange little magazines I'd forgotten I'd bought in the early days of driving .

 

I have issues :

Not perfect, but perfectly readable. 12 quid all in delivered? FCFS.

 

 

 

Ford Onion handbook pack, slight crease on cover but as new otherwise. 1987 Mk4. Four quid delivered?

1982 Cavalier FWD handbook. Tatty cover but perfectly readable. 3 quid delivered

1992 Volvo 850 handbook. as new. 5er delivered.

E34 touring handbook. Reprint. 4 quid delivered.

I used to see them on the shelf [NO..the other one!] in our local newsagents... appearance was infrequent & unpredictable but a great read.

 

Guy bought an old LADA and it was horrid BUT started & went OK. Decided on an OilChange... took hours to get the chewed nut out - black gravy of death (a quart) dribbled out... filter/new refill... Car konkedd!.

 

He took an omen from that..

 

....I never actually bought one, but a great read!
