Right, I was due to go down to Berrow Beach tomorrow, but the weather's put paid to that.

I was going to suggest congregating around the Oil Can, but the Woodhead Pass \ Woodhead Road's looking flakey and the cafe themselves have closed for the day.

 

Does anyone in the North West have any suggestions - somewhere we can all get to?

Hmm, tempting. Obv. what we should do (but it probably needs more planning ahead) is to meet at The Raven, have breakfast then scoot off to Furbers salvage and scrap yards with cameras in hand. Just a thought for the future.

Raven (and the Midway next door) are truck stops mate so plenty of nice bacon butties etc. I possibly can't do tomorrow myself, hence suggesting (hoping!) to arrange in the future.
