How stunning and desirable is this? It's been mentioned before in these forums I think, but without pics. Totally mint, only 70k miles, full ergomatic seats, and everything working as it should. For sale for beer money!! If I had a garage to store it, or could afford to run it as my daily driver, it'd be mine. Anyone on here tempted?

Thats gorgeous! How much is 'beer money' South beer or North beer?

Posted

I believe it's going on e-bay with a reserve of around 500 quid

Thats very nice and easy worth 500 quids in my book. Having a house thats eating money at the moment stops me from owning it sadly.

Thats looks almost as good as mine!! and its from Renault Birmingham, same as mine, where is it,MOT/Tax etc and is it really that mint??

Thats superb, renault leathers are always very plush arnet they!! Would there really be such a huge difference in running costs over the 25 u have now? both gas guzzlers id imagine! If you want it go for it, the saying is; your a long time dead!, another oportunity at that price may not come again!

Mint V6S are a rare version, few survive and most are dogs, this is one of the very last with the extras like leather and the rare ergomatic seats, its a lovely bit of kit!!!

That's the one that was sold on RR for £350 a couple of weeks back - did the sale fall through?

It's still in the West Mids, it has a new MoT, and yes, I think it really is that mint!

Cripes, that is yummy. The centre console is a bit button overload though, what do they all do?

Most of them adjust the seats- recline, raise and lower, and move fore and aft. Plus there are bladders in the seats which can be inflated to mould to your shape, and can be programmed to memorise settings for different people- that's what the "egromatic" thing means. Others are the rear wiper, rear screen heater, and central locking.

How cool is that dashboard?! It's kinda like the flightdeck of a 777. I remember this being one of the cars that started my 'thing' for dashboards.

Totally agree on the colour- the least attractive of all the colours they were available in. And the interiors are WONDERFUL places to be!! One of the reasons I love them so much is the totally relaxed and supremely comfortable environment. I suffer with a bad back, and most cars leave me aching and tired after an hour or two's driving, but I can drive the 25 endlessly and get out completely unstressed and with no aches at all. And the dash really is cool!! 8)

White may look a bit duff but it's a winner when the sun comes out and the a/c packs up, believe me! Although this benefit may well be negated by the "no shorts" black leather, perhaps...Beautiful car BTW.
