Late Dagenham shite for sale

Ello chaps.

 

As is my tradition, a few months into ownership, I'm on the prowl for something different (got my eye on a beige Lada!), so my lovely shitey Sierra is available for sale!

 

Car is a 1993 Ford Sierra 1.6i LX with a CVH CFI engine which has done 106,000 miles. Or 6,000 if you believe the odometer!

 

Car runs ok, starts ok and gets reasonably decent mpg for a big heavy car.

 

I've been averaging 25ish mpg on my short work run of 7 miles, which is great in this weather!

 

I'm sure well into the 30's is achievable on a longer trip.

 

The bodywork is solid, I've replaced the bent passenger door too, but front bumper is cracked and battered. I've already replaced the rear one as it was just as bad.

 

Known faults....

-Small bubble on one rear arch, less than 50p size.

-Steering lock has been broken in a past theft attempt and plastic cowl is in the boot.

-Paint is faded and shabby, but should come up nice with a polish.

-Plugs/ leads could do with replacing, but haven't caused any real issues, I was leaving them as I was going to do an engine swap.

-No code for stereo - generic ford type.

 

I have a spare 2.0i DOHC engine I have bought for this car, which I'll either sell, keep for another car or include in the deal for the right price.
