I'm a home care worker so the little robin racks up a few miles. (4980 since September this year!) Went down a country lane yesterday dinnertime and think I hit some mushy leaves or somethin, back end stepped out and pulled back bumper off on passenger side. Very upset I was. Well tonight and the same lane. Went through some flood water very carefully due to bad weather and ice. Approx 10 mph. Accelerated out of it and on approach to t junction started to slow down. Cue a few spins in the road and waltzing robin takes a dive into the hedgerow. Scratched Shit out of down the side of car now. Not a happy bunny. Drive careful and keep safe out there guys

i always used to keep a crate full of bricks/bags of cement in the boot of mine in this weather, full tank of fuel helps too, just to weigh the back down.

Unlucky. My daily is a Omega automatic 2.2. I have noticed that her rear end seems to step oot very easily. Can be provocked to step oot easier than my Marinas or Itals. Practising a feather light rite foot!. Wet leaves are murder!. Confuses the life out of abs systems. On me bus the bus shoots forward without warning as the front wheels hit the leaves lock up abs cuts in, wheels unlock and bus seems to acclerate and slide forward a bus length or two!. Driver ends up shitting himsel holding on to the wheel powerless to do anything!. I concur with above, drive safe on and all. Winter weather driving aint fun. Dont even get me started on the winter sun being low in the sky!!!!!

Them omegas like a bit of a slide. My uncle had a p plate 2.0 and now has a 51 2.2. Both autos both slide. I think ill keep tool box in boot for a bot now see if it makes a difference. Lost it on black ice day after too!

Nearly lost it this morning on black ice, car in front wheels lock and he goes straight into the kerb on the outside of the roundabout, I lock my wheels up for a second until I handbrake turn around an island without managing to hit anything.
