Bobthebeard Posted September 21, 2012 Author Posted September 21, 2012 Update.... Have got three ( don't ask!) teledial alloys for a 944 in scruffy but usable condition if anyone needs them? Free!

Bobthebeard Posted September 21, 2012 Author Posted September 21, 2012 Oh, and if I am using too many smilies please call me a twunt! Won't be offended, am a noooooby!
Morgan84 Posted September 21, 2012 Posted September 21, 2012 We like photo's,and smilies are ok,but please don't give us vehicle status reports showing when a car was last taxed !! Some of the others get twitchy !
Bobthebeard Posted September 21, 2012 Author Posted September 21, 2012 The XM was certainly my all time favourite, had three of em over the years..... Always comfortable and reliable (ish) Still miss the blue one!
Bobthebeard Posted September 21, 2012 Author Posted September 21, 2012 No vehicle status reports here!
Morgan84 Posted September 21, 2012 Posted September 21, 2012 They were a nice looking car,but it's not very often I see one these days.Citroens have a habit of scaring mechanics off though !
Danblez Posted September 21, 2012 Posted September 21, 2012 Yo Bob I would love the teledials for my 924 if you were serious?! Not far away in southport.
Bobthebeard Posted September 21, 2012 Author Posted September 21, 2012 Sad but true, did loads o miles in XM,s over the years.... Really miss the styling but not the random electrical issues! Lol.
jonathan_dyane Posted September 21, 2012 Posted September 21, 2012 Still miss (driving and looking at) my XM, best car I ever had. Don't miss working on it though... Weclome.
Micrashed Posted September 21, 2012 Posted September 21, 2012 There is someone on Park rd who has two or three YUGO 55's, you dont know them do you?
Doctormop Posted September 21, 2012 Posted September 21, 2012 Lytham Road seems to be a close 2nd for Bpl's hall of shite contender, T & T'd Lexus GS300 for 600 up for grabs by Blesma today,Also saw a yellow FE Victor opposite Arnold school (no pics only had my Samsung 1080i phone with me) looked very shiteish, was almost hoping it had a for sale sign in it as well but am kind of glad it hadn't; if you know what I mean.
Micrashed Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 B/Pool council have become right twunts of late trying to outlaw car sales in the street. Mind you all that happens is the stick a laminated notice to your car telling you its against local bylaws to advertise your car for sale in the street, but they are still twunts. It was a sad day when we lost Belle Vue garage - there was some grade A chod in there and for sale out front. A quick drive round Grange Park often sees both your alloys nicked whilst stopped at traffic lights, and some interesting stuff parked up under in peoples driveways. The roads round Stanley Park and the Vic often throw up the odd gem due to the giffertastic age range of the driver.
