Nice one. That's pretty mint.

Same dashboard as the Citroen AX?

Similar to the AX, but not the same.

The French are rather good at the ultra basic peasant transport. The design has aged really well, and stands out from their later designs owing to the fact that it doesn't make you want to pour sulphuric acid in your eyes

One of these is on my to own list, do see quite a few 106's running around, and agree compared to the horrible looking shit they make now days it's quite appealing

OK, so, i have blezzed around in it for a couple of days. Its great fun! 2nd gear is usable, but the syncro is gone. The radio needs a code, but hopefully if i can leave the ignition on long enough without disturbing it, i have a code that should see it up and running when it unlocks itself.

Today I have given it a good polish and vacum, and its looking great, I doubt there will be a better one out there.

I have taken some more pics and will up load later tonight. So, are there any fellow shitters intertested? Otherwise it will go into long term storage, my aim was to stop it going to a young lad and getting big wheels and a bean tin exhaust and wrapped round a tree shortly after. I am usually carrying 3 kids with me so its not ideal daily transport for me. The last owner had had it form new until he died, and i bought it of his widow. It has just been mot'd and serviced. The idle is a high when cold but seems to settle down when warm. It drives tight as a new one, and is surprisingly nippy. The mileage is 21k As I say, i'll upload better pics later and if anyone has any questions, just ask. Price ? £750. fixed.

in this pic you can see a wee bit of soft looking innerwing, i had missed this as it had an oily rag tucked in to presumably check oil. this is the only bit of rust i can find. anywhere.
