You know how it is. Sometimes you drive down a road and there is that "dream spot." But you only caught a glimpse, and there's nowhere to turn, or a car up your arse (it'll be an Audi or a 3-series, doesn't matter where in the world you are). Or perhaps there's just no way to get a shot without trespassing. So what have you seen recently that fits the bill here? True stories only!

 

Here in Cyprus I've had a few of these moments lately, one even in my own village! On our Easter Sunday greenlaning trip last weekend I found a Morris Oxford Traveller (Farina shape) and a landcrab, both looking quite whole, but couldn't get a snap of either for the reasons above. BUT! A week or two earlier, exploring the lanes north of the village where I haven't really been before... I found an unfinished house out in the countryside, with a couple of cars tucked away behind it. NO way to get a shot without clambering all over the site, which I wasn't prepared to do. One is a black saloon, possibly Japanese and early 80s. Might be a Toyota Corolla, but I can't see enough of it to be sure. The other I can identify, just by the C pillar. It's a five-door Fiat Strada. In beige!
