General Error

When I try to click on a page, I get

 

General Error. Too many connections [1040]

 

Is anyone else getting this? I have since this morning, it takes a few tries before I can get on most pages.

 

Seems a bit better when I log on though.

I had it about 20 minutes ago, but things seem fine now

I had this earlier, but there was nothing on the 999 forum, so thought it was just me.
