That should be fully-loaded up to the eyeballs, and with a 2.7 (V6?) should shift a bit too. Keep it and use it as your daily, it should serve you darned well for a long time. :D Well found.

They are full of win. I had a pre-facelift one, can't remember for the life of me whether it was a 2 litre or a 2.7. Bought it for a bag, used it for a few months but unfortunately crashed the underside into a very nasty speedbump and the gearbox kept working without any oil for three months. After I found out that a gearbox was going to cost serious coin, I took it to the auctions (just 2 gears+ reverse working by now) where it fetched 370.

mine was £875 plus auction charges plus transport home. Anyone up scotland way should pay a visit to morris leslie auctions, they sometimes have oddball stuff, the staff are great, and the resteraunt is the best, it has a real 70s feel to it. bought 5 tonight. :)

Nice buy!

Funny you should mention Morris Leslie, I passed one of their transporters the other day, and couldn't make out a location on it. Isn't a familiar name to me, are they based at Perth Mart, perchance?

Cheers, Lee. My Grandad served there during WW2, for a while!
