i have been looking at a honda passport... and noticed it looks the same shape as a frontera and a toyota hilux, was the same car used and badged under three different names?

The Honda Passport was in fact an Isuzu Wizard, which was also manufactured around the world and sold variously as the Vauxhall Frontera, Opel Frontera, Holden Frontera, Chevrolet Frontera, Isuzu Cameo, Isuzu Vega, Isuzu Frontier and Chevrolet Rodeo .

 

Interestingly the three-door was sold as the Honda Jazz in Japan, which must have caused some confusion in pensioner circles
