Is it me or is Ebay messing about?

I read somewhere that it was only Ebay UK and Australia that had "Must offer PayPal" as an option. Australian trading standards said NO......but UK just went along with it. I also Googled images of Ebay's UK headquarters and apparently their UK headquarters carries no corporate sign-age and their phone number is not listed.......What have they got to hide?

Yeah I imagine they're shit scared of a mob of Angry Internet People rocking-up and causing havoc. They're probably in an old coldwar bunker someplace.
