Mount Edgecombe Classic & American Car Show

Went into the depths of Cornwall for the second time in 2 days to visit this car show. Managed to blag a spot inside in the BMW section (which consisted of 1 other car) and despite a big "for sale" sign it continues to be harder to shift then tickets to see Gary Glitter. Still a good day out, especially with the "spirited" convoy drive there. Piccies:

That Lister XJS is grotesque and revolting and I want it quite badly.

GR8 for Larwence of Araiiba.

Nice photos, what's the car underneath all that wood? I hope it isn't finished yet...

Some great stuff here, good work. I'm assuming that Arabian Alfa is a 2600? Don't think I've ever seen one in the metal before.

The little beige Fiat is also great, but slightly worryingly I'm incredibly attracted to the pea-green Sherpa DHC with the big wheels and (presumably) engine...

We all have one that exerts a special attraction....

Crate it up for me, I'll be there at the docks to meet it! :D

That wooden thing appeared to be a contemporary design, not a modern kit car. The green Sherpa Coupe had some sort of Jag engine in, but no indication of which one. There was a certain appeal to it..........

Ditto. Altho', I've never seen one with that front end. The one Lister touted round the magazines in the late 80's looked more normal (?) than that, but had a barking mad 7 litre V12 inside.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that takes pictures of my thumb! :)

A few of those blend rather well with the grass around them. :D

What an odd looking thing, the idea is good but from this angle it looks odd!
