x19 question

picking up an x19 in the next couple of days

 

i want to drop engine out

 

does the x19 have a rear assembly that can be easily removed?

or should i expect a world of pain?

As an owner I'm watching with interest; you just know it'll have to happen one day, so it'll be worth knowing about. I would imagine Tiff will solve all your problems the moment he appears. He's already given me a load of helpful advice and I've had mine what, a month? Six weeks?

It goes in from underneath. There's no subframe, it doesn't look difficult, it looks like there are a few engine mounts to the monocoque.

yes, it's now an ex 1-9.

If you can find a crunchy Strada Abarth, I'm pretty sure the engine and box goes in an ex-19 without too much trouble.
