I can dig it out over the next few days - if you decide to sell it after getting it, you have to give the money to charity.

Des, you're not quite alone. I had a 1987 BMW 525e for four whole weeks in 2002, a mistake I won't be repeating. That's my one and only German car, the rest have been mostly British, Italian, Russian or American (+ occasionally French, Polish, Japanese, etc). Colour me eclectic...

It depends how big/old your third occupant is, but I think that Just Kampers still does a front hammock thing,

a couple of poles that go across the full width of the cab & a canvas type bed thing - it may be of use to you.
