I'm obsessed with how cheap these are especially the facelift ones. The cheapest facelift one I've seen so far was a damage repaired 54 plate 1.8 ZT for £750. The petrols make no money at all.

Fuel pumps, there are two and they both go, one is in the tank iirc.

Dual mass flywheel, real pita. When the clutch goes so does the slave cyl and the flywheel again iirc.

Maf's go too, but not as often as you might imagine.

If some bright spark has tried running it on veg oil then it really will be goodnight schweetheart.

Still a gr9 looking motor, i prefer the saloon but each to his own etc etc.

MG ZTs seem to go for less than Rover 75s, which is interesting, I think they don't appeal to the old giffer crowd, who like the 'OMGIts1951againlookcreamdials' feel of the 75.

I'm similarly getting well in the mood for a 75/ZT. Very odd for me. Should be far too modern. Reckon I'd settle for a KV6. I think if that went wrong, I'd be more forgiving than if the "BMW NEVAH GOS RONG" diesel let me down.
