DECENT fabric cleaner?

Can anyone recommend a good fabric cleaner?,seats on the MG have got water stains from when we had all the snow

there's a really good one that Lewis's and Waitrose sell - it's like a concentrated dry cleaning fluid - I'll ask the missus

I use Vanish carpet cleaner from the pound shop, diluted for everyday grime or out the bottle for stubborn older stuff including bad water stains. I put it on with a washing op brush or stiff nailbrush. It's pretty shit hot! it's took paint, nail varnish and oil out of a carpet.

Get a washing up bowl, fill it with hot water and add a bit of carpet cleaner stuff. Don't go mental, but a splash or two is enough.

 

Microfibre cloth soaked in said solution. Open it up to full size. Place it on the seat and pat it a few times. Light scrub with the cloth until it begins to foam a bit.

 

Do this a couple of times and then vax it off.

 

If that doesn't do it, shove about 10% carpet cleaning stuff to warm water in the vax and go gently with a nail brush to get foam.

 

If that doesn't shift it, nothing will.

There's some super-shite-looking upholstery cleaner stuff on sunday special at Aldi tomorrow. I think I will try some.
