This is a Vauxhall Viva. The rear door window bottom is straight

It is not an FE, the front bumper does not wrap around enough and the rear screen rake is too steep

I had a 1969 1600E (OUF 490G) back in the 1980s that had one of those easy peel paint jobs. The car was Ermine White with a black vinyl top when I got it, but you could see the original Blue Mink metallic at the bottoms of the front inner wings and inside the boot on the rear quarters.
