Knebworth, worth going?

Thinking of going along to Knebworth tomorrow, didn't bother today as weather looked moody, I'll only go for the autojumble, was anyone there today and was it any good? I think I recall it being a little small last year, wouldn't mind knowing if it's worth the risk of encountering 'OMG BANK HOL CHAOS MOTORWAY MAYHEM!' and getting ripped 8 quid entry.

I'll most likely being going. Will be walking though as we have family in Knebworth.

I spoke to someone today at a show who said it was shit last year so didn't bother going again this year.

I wouldn't say it was shit, but rather the same old same old. I'm getting a bit bored of car shows now...I've only been to a couple this year.... you tend to see the same old stuff over and over. There's only so many times you can 'ooh' and gasp over an Escort 1300E .

I think I will have a show-free year next year.

..the same old same old.

Its a shame when a show gets a bit stale. But rather than not go to anything I think its worth finding somewhere else to go and do something new even if its a little further afield.

First time i have missed this one in about ten years.

Not really missed it neither.

I didn't go either in the end. The lure of British Superbike racing on Eurosport was too hard to resist.

I went.

The autojumble was tiny.

There weren't that many intersting cars.

What cars there were, were scattered too far apart on two hills.

It was f'ing windy.

£8 each entrance fee.

£3 for a dodgy burger.

Portaloo was overflowing with piss.

I won't bother going again.

Never mind. You can all come & gorge yourselves on rubbish cars & horrid tuck at the premier old car event of the year (stondon meet, 26th sept)
