The Reverend Bluejeans Posted August 27, 2010 Author Posted August 27, 2010 I have an article/report somewhere, that was published just after the Chrysler Europe operation was sold to Peugeot. It starts with Rootes presenting their new American masters with the brand new Arrow range. The response from the Chrysler Execs was - Gentlemen, it's already obsolete. Oh dear.Hence the Avenger!

dollywobbler Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 No, I quite agree. I like Bumseams, but BXs are brill. Currently hoping that Cavette is going to come back to the world of BXs...
messerschmitt owner Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 I have a suspicion Cavmad may just do that - I would like to be in that place too - but I have too many cars
Father Ted Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 HP Cits FTW. I always used to take a spare BX with me when driving the Xantia.....
Richard Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 I had that picture glued inside the front cover of my Xantia Haynes manual.
Father Ted Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 I had that picture glued inside the front cover of my Xantia Haynes manual.Must be my old manual then that I got shut of when I got rid of Mandy.

Currently hoping that Cavette is going to come back to the world of BXs...This is highly possible, once I have sussed storage out anyhow. Got shut of loads of tat out of the garage but still need to fit a BX estate, a scooter and a few other bits of crap into a lock up. Funny really as the BX in question was one of my favourites and obviously didn't wander too far when I sold it on. Reg plate also my kid's initials.
