I scanned this flyer in as I thought it would go down well here... In Savannah, Georgia you can actually take a "ghost tour" riding in a Cadillac hearse. I've done it. It's actually rather entertaining. :D

I worked down that way for a while a few years back and spent a lot of time in Savannah - very cool town with some top grade shite parked up, bettered only by the chod littering the Carolina countryside out of town. Sadly a hard disk crash ate all my photos as soon as I got back

Oh no!!! You have my sympathy. However I do have a fair few US photos to post, eventually. I'll drip them in, but let's just say, it's rich in old cars. And yes, Savannah is a lovely town. We picked it more or less at random, just to get a few days on the coast, then we found it was full of Civil War and Independence history, and beautiful old buildings. Not to mention the tree-lined avenues hanging with Spanish Moss! How gorgeous!

Milford, well found! Details?

It's a 1948 Dodge hearse conversion, I found it at a a derelict funeral parlour in Ireland along with decrepit Opel Rekord and Mercedes W123 hearses and stacks of coffins etc.

a derelict funeral parlour in Ireland .

Who would ever have thought such a thing? One certainty in life is that it's going to end, therefore surely someone has to handle the funerals... And that Dodge is absolutely the way to go.
