Opel Monza (not the one you think..) spotted in W.A.

G'day folks,

 

First of all, apologies for the really awful pic.

 

 

 

 

 

Spotted this on the way to work this morning, you can't really make it out but it's an Opel Monza GLS 1.6 ( or Vauxhall Belmont if you like)

 

I can't understand exactly how it got over here, although it does have a "ZA" sticker on the boot, some backpacker bought it over maybe??

 

I've seen it a couple of times now, and it looks in really good nick.

Hmm. Wiki sez "Opel Monza (not to be confused with the German Opel Monza)" under South Africa, so we have a winner I think.

 

All the Belmonts I saw in Perth were badged Daewoo LSi's. All with uncrusty rear wheelarches too.
