I think so too. Not all cars can carry it off but white XMs look good to me.

 

I've had three XMs - I still love the styling, but never fell in love with the driving experience (possibly because all of mine had hydractive 'issues' - could be my loss for not persevering and fixing them).

 

And hey! torsten! Where've you been?

The Citroen C5 also seems to look just right in white as well, despite looking pretty hideous in most other guises.
