Renault day

Spotted this stunning Renault 18 GTX estate today, the extremely friendly and enthusiastic Algerian owner told me it’s the last one on the road in the UK, we then reminisced about R4’s which we have both owned and loved.,

Then I had a trip to Dawlish to resurrect Clumpy the Clio who hasn’t moved let alone started in 9 months, new battery on and the old shiter started easily, brakes free too and after a run and oil and filter change she sounded sweet..

R18 I had was lovely, but not as comfy as the R16 I sold to fund it's body damage.

Reminded me of the 7 seater R21 Savanna my dad had when I was little. Just checked and there's one left.

I suppose getting one is out of the question now.
