I went to Greece once, and got an horrendous ear infection. It was so bad, my GP had to liase with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

What I like to do is open up Google Street View and take a virtual holiday. I put my sunglasses on, set it to Scarborough and go for a walk on the front. Then I open a can of pop and have a sarnie. Saves me a fortune.

I've never been one for holidays - saw the money better spent on one car or another.

I was very disappointed with the selection of shite there, 99% modern stuff.

I will swear was a girl I worked with in Sheffield who was from Slovakia - didn't see her until I checked the pictures later.

South Wales was pretty good last year.

 

 

 

 

 

We're possibly heading to the North East this summer.

 

But I bought a pair of books for a quid each at the Enfield Pageant written in 1949/53 all about driving tours of Europe. Seriously making me want to forget that there's still only a weasy 110,000 mile 1496 lump to haul the Hillman & trailer tent up hills and head across the channel...
