It's a non runner so that's the first task to try and get it to run. Well actually the first task is collecting the thing ... it's in Acharacle. Had to Google maps that one. Stinkwheel 1
doug Posted November 1 Posted November 1 Well, collected the C15 on Tuesday. Non runner but was running when parked up allegedly. The fuel pipes were rusted through and there was a fuel solinoid missing off the fuel pump. Once they were replaced it started up. So I am going to try and put it back on the road. Today I ripped out the wood paneling in the back and the seats and carpets. It needs lots of little holes in the floor, sills,wings, doors welded up but nothing big. Also needs a bonnet and a drivers seat. Oh and brake pipes, brake pads,brake hoses,alternator, timing belt,aux belt, oil and filter, left hand door trim, air filter. Easy! Mrs6C Posted November 4 Posted November 4 Ah, it's not that bad! C15s don't have very complicated metalwork, mostly flat bits and right angle bends. No-one but the MOT tester will see the welding here, as the results will be hidden behind plastic trims and the rear bumper. doug Posted November 4 Posted November 4 That's only one bit of it. It really is not that bad and I sort of enjoy fixing it up. The plastic end caps for the bumper are OK so I dont need them. 500tops, Westbay, lesapandre and 1 other 4

I thought those titles were just the first models they brought over to the uk. Seem to recall it was only available in the two colours, white or red.
