Probably a better bet than one of those similar sized poncey apartments that seem to get knocked up by the thousand on every square inch of available land these days.If you don't like the view or the neighbours you can just move on somewhere else.On the down side people will probably think you're a pole erector for Manweb.

When we booked into a camp site last year there was an animated discussion between the receptionist and driver of an even bigger camper than this one. It was longer and had various rooms that popped out of the side.
