I'm glad I wasn't the only one who heard 'Wax on, Wax off' in his head when looking at the first photo.Bless. Is he about to do a massive poo? Babies of that age normally look like that when they are.

Great! hopefully junior will inherit that lovely Merc one day :)

That's a lovely 123......Sorry no offence, just not really into babies. Bless him he does look unbelievably bored though.

He doesn't look much like he wants to say hello to me.

Just had a horrible thought. In 20 years time he comes home with his latest autoshite...a 2009 Prius he got for 50 pounds.

Only a few months to go before he's filling your wheeltrims with small pebbles / hiding your spanners / sticking his hands in brake fluid / redecorating the interior with minced carrots. Ah, the "joys".

Hes not gonna try and rip your Merc emblem off now is he..might be good for teething tho...

Does he produce BL harvest brown coloured poo yet?

Ha ha!We're at the Harvest Gold stage at the moment!

That is SWEET! Original chrome, mudflaps. hubcaps, real nice. Can you get that tidy bird to move out of the way, she's spoiling the view of the door mirror. Oh, er, nice kid BTW.

The W123 is a keeper, the car of my dreams - I've wanted one since I was 11! I've introduced the car within another post, but just for your benefit, it's a 1985 (last year of W123 production) 230E manual, bought with 94k miles on the clock, 3 previous owners and is a nice Condition 2 car, perfect for daily use, rain or shine.

That is an unpleasant thought!

I think I'd rather if in twenty years time Charlie introduced me to his boyfriend than bring home a Toyota Prius.

Apart from a bodged (by me) radiator fan coupling, the Merc is original and in rude health.

The tidy bird is my wife, Joanna. Here's some pics of the Merc sans obstructions:
