Q Park Sale Meet - How to move forward

Hey ho, this meet seems to have died a death before it ever got going, which I think is a bit sad. The previous two got cancelled because commercial spunkfests and SNOW CHAOS.

 

Really, I'm looking for suggestions. Should it stay on a Sunday? When is best for everyone? At the moment I can only schedule them when the work rota allows. We need more meets in the NW, and I will continue to plug this as best I can.

 

Is it just a case of the weather not being good enough?

for me, snow the first time then a kids party scuppered my plans. Hope to make it to the next one though!

JonSunday's probably the best day for this, I reckon. I would have liked to have made both of them, but shit got in the way Keep at it, it'll take off as soon as SNOW CHAOS, commercial exploitation et al disappear. Keep us posted, it'd be nice to catch up before the annual Chumley get together, and I'm sure there's enough of us between here, NSJC and R-R to make it a decent day out.

Cool. I'd have made it but for working last weekend and the SNOW CHAOS first time. Sunday is probably the best day for it and I do plan to get along at some point. Will be easier once weather gets happier.
