As far as I'm aware (and that happens rarely) the Rover K series was also fitted to FSO Polonez as standard. Take a look at a Gates timing belt box for one, it's listed on the front!

Apparently it went from being a reliable, if dull Lada 1500 to a Lotus rocket that broke down every time it was Tuesday. (I know the previous owner)

A few hideously modded Renner 25s. The car really doesn't lend it's self to such treatment! Not absolutely sure it's "Barrying," but worth a look for shear horror!
