Excellent stuff- autoshite as its best! Looks like they had a chance of winning the rally but for bad luck.Someone should build a replica before top gear level the rest with pianos..

Lovely.....I saw a home made one a good few years back at a Cruise; real '70's hot-rod type thing, jacked up at the back, chromed rear axle with a light underneath, button velour seats....I think it was purple.......Anyone remember it, or am I just a drooling old fart??!!

Seen it before but still very cool.I also read recently that the rally team stuck a couple of EA vans with Rover V-8's in to keep up with the TR7 V8's they were rallying. Haven't been able to confirm or deny this or not though but its an amusing thought anyway

A friend had a Marina years ago and I remember the understeer was chronic, how did they manage to get it under control with a V8 in the front I wonder?Leave the handbrake on all the time to get some oversteer?
