[analmode] Judging by the style of the steelies [analmode/] I'd say that Rover was a 213 with the Honda engine ergo you'd probably stand a better chance in that than with the Maestro.

I've owned a few Rover 213/216s and I'd forgotten just how compact they are especially when you compare it to that Maestro.

Mine wasn't that bad at all, sure its slow when compared to the 1.6i Vitesse but its not that bad, I prefer first hand experience of a car myself.

To be fair, you could take either of these, drive it up the road to the nearest bingo hall and park it up. The police would lose it instantly. Would be like 'Where's Wally'. Maybe 'Recognise Rover' or 'Arrest Austin'Chap i used to know called Jaffa who was a bad lad in the 60's & 70's was talking to me once when i was getting out of my Imp. He was just saying about how he nicked one and when he was driving it away the owners came past in their other car and took chase. Yeah, something similar happened to me about 7 years back - little turd of a patient nicked my old giffer special Fiesta, we spotted it whilst I was driving the wifes Laguna - gave chase, called the cops, rammed the drivers door of the fiesta pinning the little shit in. Worth the new bumper for the Renner...

No not a copper, just temp working with the airside standard people doing vehicle checks, nothing too heavy, more carrot than big stick.
