I thought it was cep as well,but someone who worked at the factory said it was l,but I myself was sure it was c.

Nearly there, I double checked. It was "L.E.Perei Auto Devices"

Might be more chance on finding info trawling old copies of The Motor or something.

Every day's a school day - I remember seeing that symbol back in the day and just presumed it was CEP. Deltronic sounds like a 60's record producing company, possibly* owned by Mr Shannon
